Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Most orders are processed + shipped within 1-3 business days. Some orders may take longer to process + ship due to product availability. If you do not receive a shipping notice email within 2 weeks of placing your order, please message us at orders@rrebellion.com for a status update. Please note that USPS and UPS are currently experiencing delivery delays, expedited shipping options may not be available at this time.
The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit with a carrier. Priority Mail is normally delivered within 1-3 business days and USPS First class typically takes 2-5 business days. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You will automatically receive a shipping notification email from us with tracking information when your order leaves our studio.
Delivered but Not Received Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, R. Rebellion is no longer liable for its whereabouts. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience delivery issues, and while we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered, we are happy to assist you in navigating the next steps:
- Check Nearby: Look around your property, including porches, side doors, or mailboxes, and ask neighbors or household members if they may have received the package.

Contact the Carrier:
- USPS: Contact your local Post Office with the tracking number to gather more information about where the package was delivered. You may also submit a Missing Mail Search at USPS Missing Mail.
- UPS: Contact UPS Customer Service at 1-800-742-5877 or visit the UPS Tracking Page with your tracking number to inquire about your package's delivery.
- Escalate the Inquiry: If additional assistance is needed, you can request further investigation through the carrier’s customer service channels.
To protect your purchase, we offer optional Shipping Protection Insurance at checkout, which covers lost or stolen packages. If you chose this option, please contact us for assistance with filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We send most international packages UPS or USPS.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country, you should see the total landed cost at checkout. You are responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees.
PERFUMES + COLOGNES
At this time we are only able to ship our perfumes + colognes within the United States via ground shipping only.
