R. Rebellion Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items in your shipped order. Please review the coverage details, exclusions, and claim requirements below.
GENERAL ⇠
Shipping Address Entered Incorrectly
R. Rebellion Package Protection does not cover orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before the order ships.
Unsatisfied with Items or Order
R. Rebellion Package Protection is not a product replacement or satisfaction guarantee program. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding returns, exchanges, and product concerns.
Shipping Delays
R. Rebellion Package Protection does not cover carrier delays or orders delivered outside of an estimated delivery window. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Package Protection Cancellation
R. Rebellion Package Protection is non-refundable unless the order is canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, Package Protection is active and protecting the order and is therefore non-refundable.
Refunds and Replacements
Claims approved under R. Rebellion Package Protection are resolved through replacement of the covered items and are not eligible for a cash refund.
Package Protection provides one replacement shipment per covered order. Replacement orders are not eligible for additional claims under Package Protection.
Replacement orders sent due to theft, delivery disputes, or claims involving packages marked as delivered may be shipped with Signature Required. R. Rebellion reserves the right to require a signature at our discretion.
If a replacement shipment is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, we will make one additional attempt to re-ship the package with Signature Required at the customer's expense. Shipping charges will be based on current carrier rates plus the cost of signature delivery.
LOST ITEMS ⇠
Packages Believed to Be Lost
Claims for packages believed to be lost by the carrier, where the tracking status is not marked as "Delivered," must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments and no sooner than 20 days after the last tracking update for international shipments.
All lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the last tracking update.
Estimated Delivery Date
If 48 hours have passed since the carrier's estimated delivery date and no delivery or tracking update has occurred, R. Rebellion may consider the package lost and assist with next steps.
Invalid Address or Delivery Barriers
If a carrier cannot deliver your package due to an invalid address or other delivery barrier, the package may be returned to R. Rebellion.
If this occurs, the package is not considered lost. Once the returned package is received, we will contact you to correct the issue and arrange redelivery. A reshipping charge will apply.
Only Part of an Order Delivered
If you receive an order with missing items, please contact R. Rebellion directly.
If a single order is shipped in multiple packages and one package does not arrive and is believed to be lost, R. Rebellion Package Protection will cover the missing items and arrange a replacement shipment.
Packages Marked "Return to Sender"
R. Rebellion Package Protection does not cover packages marked Return to Sender because the package is being returned to R. Rebellion. Packages are commonly returned when a customer provides an invalid or undeliverable address or refuses delivery.
However, R. Rebellion Package Protection does cover your order if the package becomes lost while in transit back to us.
Please note that all Package Protection filing deadlines still apply.
Orders Held in Customs
R. Rebellion Package Protection does not cover packages delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, fees, or import charges.
If R. Rebellion replaces an order for which customs fees were previously paid, we may, at our sole discretion, reimburse or cover customs fees on the replacement shipment.
Orders Marked Unfulfilled or Unshipped
If your order is marked as unfulfilled or unshipped, the order has not yet been shipped. R. Rebellion Package Protection becomes active once the order has been shipped.
Claims Filed Too Soon
If a claim is submitted on the same day a package is marked as delivered, R. Rebellion may require a waiting period of up to 5 days. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they are actually delivered to the recipient.
STOLEN ITEMS ⇠
Delivered but Missing Package
Claims for packages marked as delivered but not received are considered theft claims.
Claims must be filed no sooner than 5 days after the carrier's delivery scan and no later than 15 days after the delivery date. This waiting period allows time for packages that may have been mis-delivered, delayed after scanning, or placed in an unexpected location.
Delivered to the Wrong Address
If the customer entered the correct shipping address at checkout and the carrier delivered the package to an incorrect address, R. Rebellion Package Protection may consider the package stolen if the package cannot be recovered by the carrier and is not returned to R. Rebellion.
Police Reports and Documentation
At our discretion, R. Rebellion may require a police report for claims involving packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen.
If requested, the customer must file the police report and provide a copy of the report along with the report number.
Customers should explain that the package was purchased with R. Rebellion Package Protection and that a claim is being submitted for a package believed to be lost or stolen.
Upon request, R. Rebellion may require additional documentation, including but not limited to proof of identity, a notarized statement, proof of address, photographs, or other supporting information.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Please note that knowingly filing a false police report may be a misdemeanor or felony offense depending on local laws and jurisdiction.
DAMAGED ITEMS ⇠
Damaged Item Arrived
Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.
Broken Items
If you receive a broken item and need to dispose of it, such as shattered glass, please take clear photographs of the damaged item and email them to R. Rebellion before disposing of the product.
Damaged Items
A damaged item is considered a product that is broken, fractured, shattered, crushed, bent beyond normal use, or otherwise rendered unusable.
R. Rebellion Package Protection does not cover:
• Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality or intended use of the product
• Scratches, scuffs, dents, or other cosmetic imperfections
• Manufacturing defects
• Packaging errors
• Missing items
• Unsealed products

R. Rebellion may require additional evidence to process a damage claim, including photographs, videos, packaging materials, or other documentation necessary to evaluate the claim.
