Returns & Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis to make things right every time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: If your item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will be responsible for all return or exchange shipping charges.
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers or stockists rather than directly through R. Rebellion, please contact them directly for all return, exchange, or refund requests. We are only able to process returns for purchases made through our website or flagship locations.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right. If the issue is due to our error, R. Rebellion will cover shipping and send a replacement.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• 10 ml fragrances and roll on fragrances
• Perfume and cologne samples
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on 50 ml perfumes and colognes that are in their original packaging, unopened, sealed, and unused with all labels and seals intact.
10 ml fragrances, roll on fragrances, and perfume or cologne samples are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Samples are offered as a way to experience our fragrances before committing to a full size bottle.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on approved returns or exchanges. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer exchanges simply because you do not like a scent. Please take the time to read product descriptions carefully or try a sample when possible.
When purchasing a product from R. Rebellion online, you are required to confirm that you agree to our checkout terms and conditions before completing your purchase. This acknowledgment is part of the transaction and ensures transparency and fairness for all customers.
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item once approved, then place a new order for the one you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
