ROSE REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rose Rewards is R. Rebellion’s loyalty program, created to thank our customers for shopping with us and being part of the R. Rebellion community.

By participating in Rose Rewards, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

Rose Rewards is available to individual R. Rebellion customers with an eligible customer account. Membership is free.

Rose Rewards are intended for personal use only. Wholesale purchases, resale purchases, and other purchases R. Rebellion determines are not for personal use may be excluded from the program.

EARNING ROSE REWARDS

Members earn Rose Rewards points on eligible purchases at the earning rate associated with their current rewards tier.

Points are generally calculated on the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping, taxes, and other non merchandise charges.

Certain products, purchases, fees, gift cards, or services may be excluded from earning points. Any exclusions will be determined by R. Rebellion and may change from time to time.

Points may also be earned through other activities offered through Rose Rewards, such as creating an account, celebrating a birthday, participating in special promotions, or other qualifying activities.

BONUS POINT EVENTS

From time to time, R. Rebellion may offer opportunities to earn additional Rose Rewards, including double point events or other promotional earning rates.

Bonus earning rates apply only during the dates and times specified for each promotion and may be subject to additional terms, exclusions, or purchase requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus points have the same redemption value as standard Rose Rewards points.

REDEEMING ROSE REWARDS

Rose Rewards points may be redeemed for eligible rewards made available through the Rose Rewards program.

Currently, 100 Rose Rewards points equals $1 in reward value.

Available rewards and redemption amounts may change from time to time. Any applicable minimum purchase requirements or other redemption conditions will be displayed when a reward is issued or redeemed.

Rose Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

REWARDS & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Rose Rewards may not be combined with other discount codes, rewards, or promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise by R. Rebellion.

Rose Rewards cannot be redeemed during promotional events that require the use of a promotional or discount code.

Members may continue to earn Rose Rewards on eligible purchases made during promotional events unless otherwise stated.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

If an order is returned, refunded, canceled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, points earned from that purchase may be removed from the member’s Rose Rewards balance.

If points earned from a purchase have already been redeemed before the original purchase is returned or refunded, R. Rebellion reserves the right to adjust the member’s points balance accordingly.

Rewards, points, or promotional benefits associated with returned merchandise are not redeemable for cash.

POINT EXPIRATION

Rose Rewards points expire after 12 months in accordance with the expiration rules of the Rose Rewards program.

Once points expire, they cannot be reinstated except at R. Rebellion’s discretion.

Any rewards issued through the redemption of points may have their own expiration date. Any applicable expiration date will be communicated when the reward is issued.

VIP TIERS

Rose Rewards may include membership tiers that provide different earning rates, benefits, or access based on qualifying activity.

Tier qualifications, earning rates, benefits, and qualification periods are determined by R. Rebellion and may change from time to time.

Moving between tiers may change the rate at which a member earns points on future purchases but does not change the value of points already earned unless otherwise stated.

ACCOUNT & POINT TRANSFERS

Rose Rewards points and rewards belong to the individual member account through which they were earned.

Points and rewards may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or combined between accounts except at R. Rebellion’s discretion.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

PROGRAM ABUSE

R. Rebellion reserves the right to review, adjust, withhold, or remove points or rewards that were issued as the result of fraud, abuse, manipulation, technical error, duplicate accounts, returned purchases, unauthorized activity, or other activity inconsistent with the purpose of Rose Rewards.

R. Rebellion may suspend or terminate participation in Rose Rewards when there is reasonable evidence of misuse or abuse of the program.

PROGRAM CHANGES

R. Rebellion reserves the right to modify Rose Rewards, including earning rates, redemption values, tier requirements, available rewards, eligible purchases, expiration policies, benefits, and other program terms.

We may also suspend or discontinue Rose Rewards in the future.

When practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that significantly affect existing points or rewards. Changes may take effect immediately when necessary to address fraud, abuse, technical issues, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
