Estimated Delivery Date

After 48 hours has passed from an estimated delivery date given from the carrier, and no delivery or update has been made, R. Rebellion Package Protection will consider the order to be "lost" and assist with next steps.

Invalid address or delivery barriers

If a carrier cannot deliver your package due to invalid address or other unexpected delivery barriers or issues, the carrier may return the package to R. Rebellion.  If this occurs the package is not lost, once the returned package is received by R. Rebellion, we will reach out to you to correct the issue and schedule redelivery.  A reshipping charge may apply.

Order stuck in customs

R. Rebellion Package Protection does not cover an order stuck in international borders/customs. You are responsible for custom fees if they apply to your order.

If R. Rebellion replaces something the customer has already paid customs on, under our discretion, we may approve and pay customs the second time.

Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped

If your order is marked as unfulfilled or unshipped, the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. R. Rebellion Package Protection become active once the order is shipped.

Order issue filed too soon

If you file an order issue the same day that the package was marked as delivered, at our discretion R. Rebellion may ask you to wait 5 days. Carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) sometimes prematurely mark the package as delivered when it’s still in transit.

Delivered but Missing Package

Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered stolen, and must be filed 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.

Delivered to wrong address

If you input the correct address at checkout and the package was delivered to the wrong address, R. Rebellion Package Protection considers this as stolen if the package is unable to be located by the carrier and is not returned to R. Rebellion.

Filing a police report

At our discretion, R. Rebellion may require a police report when an order/package is marked as delivered but has not been received by you and is believed to be lost or stolen.

If requested, you will file the police report and include an explanation that you purchased package protection from R. Rebellion. To process the order issue with R. Rebellion, we are requiring a police report.

Send R. Rebellion the police report PDF & number in the order issue.
Upon request, we may require additional documentation such as proof of identity, a notarized statement, address, etc.

Note: Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony.
