By placing an order with R. Rebellion, you agree to the following terms:

Order Confirmation & Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying your shipping address, email address, and all items in your cart before completing your purchase. Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters processing and may not be able to be modified or canceled.

Need to Make a Change?

If your order was placed less than two hours ago, you may request an address update or cancellation through our R. Rebellion AI Assistant.

While we will do our best to help, changes are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship quickly and pack every order with care. Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

R. Rebellion is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, delivery issues, lost packages, stolen packages, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection helps cover packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.

If Shipping Protection is purchased at checkout and an issue occurs during transit, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement or resolution. Terms apply.

If Shipping Protection is declined, the customer assumes responsibility for the package once it leaves our facility. Orders without Shipping Protection are not eligible for replacement or refund due to loss, theft, or carrier damage.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused 50 ml perfumes and colognes that are returned in their original sealed packaging with all labels intact.

10 ml fragrances, roll on fragrances, and perfume or cologne samples are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns or exchanges. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on used items, seasonal or limited edition items, mystery sets, gift cards, personalized items, or digital products.

Pricing, Promotions & Product Descriptions

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, imagery, inventory, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. R. Rebellion reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors and cancel or refund orders when necessary.

Taxes & Fees

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Limitation of Liability

R. Rebellion’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
