Cart Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed + shipped within 1-3 business days. Some orders may take longer to process + ship due to product availability. If you do not receive a shipping notice email within 2 weeks of placing your order, please message us at email@example.com for a status update. Please note that USPS and UPS are currently experiencing delivery delays, expedited shipping options are not available at this time.
The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit with a carrier. Priority Mail is normally delivered within 1-3 business days and USPS First class typically takes 2-5 business days. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You will automatically receive a shipping notification email from us with tracking information when your order leaves our studio.
We send most international packages UPS or USPS.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country, you should see the total landed cost at checkout. You are responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
At R. Rebellion, we carefully inspected all our products before they leave our studio. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment , photographic proof of the damage must be submitted to R. Rebellion within 7 days of delivery.
Due to restrictions caused by coronavirus, we cannot currently accept exchanges. Thank you for understanding.
