 Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the R. Rebellion Affiliate & Referral Program. This program rewards our valued customers for referring new customers to our products. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

  1. Participants must be 18 years or older and have a valid method to receive payments.
  2. R. Rebellion reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Program Participation

  1. Upon making a purchase, you will receive a unique referral code and/or link to share with friends, family, and followers.
  2. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales made using the referrer’s unique code or link.
  3. Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting their referral code.
  4. The referral code and link are valid for online orders only and cannot be used for in-store purchases.

Referral Tiers & Commissions

The program consists of three tiers:

Tier 1: Give $10, Get $10

  • New customers receive $10 off their first order of $49 or more.
  • Referrer earns $10 cash per qualifying referral.

Tier 2: Give 15%, Get 15%

  • Once a referrer reaches $500 in referral sales, their code upgrades.
  • New customers receive 15% off, and the referrer earns 15% cash per qualifying sale.

Tier 3: Give 15%, Get 20%

  • Once a referrer reaches $1,000 in referral sales, their code upgrades again.
  • New customers receive 15% off, and the referrer earns 20% cash per qualifying sale.

Commission & Payments

  1. Referral payments are made in cash and are subject to verification. Commission payments occur 30 days following order shipped date.
  2. R. Rebellion reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
  3. Commission rates are subject to change at R. Rebellion’s discretion. Referrers will be notified of any changes.
  4. Payments are contingent upon successful transaction completion. Refunds or cancellations will result in commission deductions. Only orders completed 30 days following shipment are eligible for commissions. 
  5. Commissions are subject to verification to ensure program integrity. Payments may be withheld pending review.
  6. Fraudulent, illegal, or questionable referral activities will result in forfeiture of commissions and potential removal from the program.
  7. Payments may be delayed or withheld if a breach of terms is suspected.

Coupon & Deal Site Restrictions

  1. Posting referral codes on coupon websites (e.g., Honey, CouponBird) is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the program and forfeit commissions.
  2. Unauthorized use of referral codes should be reported to R. Rebellion.

Intellectual Property

  1. Referrers may not alter brand assets provided by R. Rebellion without prior written consent.
  2. Promotional materials, including logos and images, must align with R. Rebellion’s brand guidelines.

Termination

  1. Either party may terminate participation in the referral program at any time with written notice.
  2. Upon termination, the referrer must cease using all R. Rebellion branding, promotional materials, and referral codes.

Limitation of Liability

R. Rebellion is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits arising from this program.

Amendments

R. Rebellion reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Continued participation after changes implies consent to the new terms.

Agreement

By participating in the R. Rebellion Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Violations may result in program removal and forfeiture of commissions.
