### Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older and have a valid method to receive payments.
R. Rebellion reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to brand alignment, content quality, and audience authenticity.

### Program Participation
Upon making a purchase, participants may receive a unique referral link to share with friends, family, and followers.
Commissions are earned on qualifying sales made using the referrer’s unique referral link.
Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting R. Rebellion.
Referral links are valid for online orders only and cannot be used for in-store purchases.

### Referral Tiers & Commissions
The program consists of three tiers:
**Tier 1: Give 10%, Get 10%**
New customers receive 10% off their order.
Referrer earns 10% cash per qualifying referral.
**Tier 2: Give 15%, Get 15%**
Once a referrer reaches $500 in referral sales, their commission increases.
New customers receive 15% off, and the referrer earns 15% cash per qualifying sale.
**Tier 3: Give 15%, Get 20%**
Once a referrer reaches $1,000 in referral sales, their commission increases again.
New customers receive 15% off, and the referrer earns 20% cash per qualifying sale.

### Commission & Payments
Referral payments are made in cash and are subject to verification.
Commission payments occur 30 days following the order shipped date.
Payments are contingent upon successful transaction completion. Refunds or cancellations will result in commission deductions.
Only orders completed 30 days following shipment are eligible for commissions.
Commissions are subject to verification to ensure program integrity. Payments may be withheld pending review.
Fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or questionable referral activities will result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.
R. Rebellion reserves the right to modify, delay, reverse, or withholding payments at its sole discretion if a breach of these terms is suspected.

### Content & Promotion Standards
Affiliates must maintain an active, authentic presence that includes original content, genuine audience engagement, and brand-aligned messaging.
Accounts created solely for the purpose of sharing referral links are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, link-only blogs, inactive or low-engagement social media accounts, mass-created websites, or pages primarily consisting of promotional or affiliate content.
Affiliates must demonstrate meaningful content creation such as lifestyle integration, product use, storytelling, or other original media that aligns with the R. Rebellion brand.
R. Rebellion reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove affiliates based on content quality, authenticity, and brand alignment at its sole discretion.

### Affiliate Activity Requirements
Affiliates are expected to maintain an active presence within the program.
R. Rebellion reserves the right to remove affiliates who demonstrate inactivity, including but not limited to lack of engagement, absence of content, or no referral activity over a period of time.
Inactive accounts may have their referral links deactivated and may be removed from the program at R. Rebellion’s sole discretion.
Continued inactivity may result in permanent removal from the program and require reapplication for future participation.
R. Rebellion reserves the right to determine activity standards and timelines at its sole discretion.

### Coupon, Deal Site & Distribution Restrictions
Referral links may not be shared, published, or distributed on coupon websites, deal aggregators, browser extensions, discount forums, or any platform primarily focused on promotional offers.
Affiliates may not publish or distribute referral links in a way that targets search engine rankings for branded terms such as “R. Rebellion coupon,” “R. Rebellion discount,” or similar variations.
Referral links may not be shared, distributed, or syndicated through third-party networks, sub-affiliate systems, automated distribution platforms, or mass affiliate networks.
Affiliates may not create standalone “coupon pages,” listings, or content that mimics or represents official R. Rebellion promotions.
Any attempt to bypass these restrictions through indirect methods, alternative domains, or third-party distribution will be treated as a violation of these terms.

### Enforcement, Removal & Lifetime Ban Policy
R. Rebellion reserves the right to immediately terminate participation in the program at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Any affiliate found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions will be removed from the program immediately, will forfeit any unpaid commissions, and will have all referral links invalidated.
Violations of these terms, including but not limited to coupon site distribution, low-quality or inauthentic promotion, inactivity abuse, or misuse of referral links, will result in a permanent ban from the R. Rebellion Affiliate & Referral Program.
A permanent ban prohibits reapplication under any name, email address, domain, or associated entity.

### Intellectual Property
Referrers may not alter brand assets provided by R. Rebellion without prior written consent.
All promotional materials, including logos and images, must align with R. Rebellion’s brand guidelines.

### Limitation of Liability
R. Rebellion is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits arising from participation in this program.

### Amendments
R. Rebellion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

### Agreement
By participating in the R. Rebellion Affiliate & Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Violations may result in removal, forfeiture of commissions, and permanent ban from the program.
