We accept approved returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible unused items in original packaging.

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale:

Unopened and unused 50 ml perfumes and colognes may be eligible for return if seals and packaging remain intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a scent was not what you expected, which is why we recommend trying samples before purchasing a full size fragrance.

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on 50 ml perfumes and colognes that are in their original packaging, unopened, sealed, and unused with all labels and seals intact.

10 ml fragrances, roll on fragrances, and perfume or cologne samples are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Samples are offered as a way to experience our fragrances before committing to a full size bottle.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on approved returns or exchanges. Original shipping charges are non refundable.
