Returns + Exchanges

Due to the nature of home fragrance products, all candles are considered final sale once burned or used.

Unused candles in original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery with prior approval.

Our Reed Diffusers are designed to slowly and continuously fragrance your space without flame or heat. Crafted for home use, they are intended to scent the air around you and are not intended for use on the body or skin. For personal fragrance, explore our collection of fine perfumes and colognes, created specifically for wear on the skin.

Unbundle the reeds. Cut the tip of one reed at and angle, and insert carefully into the back of your sola wood flower. Add reeds to diffuser oil and enjoy. For best results, flip all the reeds except the one with the flower every day for the first week and then every 2 to 3 weeks or when you notice the scent fading. Generally will last a total of 2 to 3 months. Place diffuser on a stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, children, and pets.

Avoid contact with skin, eyes, fabrics, finished wood, painted surfaces, and countertops, as fragrance oils may cause staining or damage. Clean spills immediately.

Do not ingest. Keep away from open flame. Do not dispose of diffuser oil down drains, sinks, toilets, or waterways. Dispose of contents and packaging in accordance with local regulations.

To use, carefully remove the lid and insert the reeds into the bottle. Allow the reeds to absorb the fragrance oil before gently flipping them. For a stronger fragrance experience, use all reeds provided. To refresh the scent, flip reeds every 1 to 2 weeks or as desired.

For best performance, place on a stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, fans, and drafts. Avoid contact with furniture, finished wood, fabrics, or delicate surfaces, as fragrance oils may cause damage or staining if spilled.

How strong is the scent?

Reed Diffusers are designed to create a soft, continuous background fragrance rather than aggressively fill a space like a candle or room spray. They perform best in smaller spaces with natural airflow such as bathrooms, bedrooms, entryways, offices, and cozy living areas.

Because Reed Diffusers release fragrance slowly over time, scent projection is naturally more subtle and intimate. Open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, heavy airflow, ceiling fans, and large rooms may reduce fragrance strength.

For stronger scent performance, place the diffuser in a smaller room, near gentle air circulation, and use all reeds provided.
How long does the scent last?

Our Reed Diffusers are designed to provide continuous fragrance for approximately 2 to 3 months depending on room size, airflow, temperature, humidity, and how often the reeds are flipped.

Warmer environments and frequent reed flipping will cause the fragrance oil to evaporate more quickly, while cooler spaces may extend the life of the diffuser.
How often should I flip the reeds?

We recommend flipping the reeds every 1 to 2 weeks or whenever the fragrance begins to feel softer.

Keep in mind that flipping the reeds increases scent throw temporarily because the saturated side of the reeds is exposed to the air. More frequent flipping creates a stronger fragrance experience, but it will also shorten the life of the diffuser.

Always use care while flipping reeds, as fragrance oil may drip onto surfaces.
Where should I place my reed diffuser?

Reed Diffusers work best in spaces with gentle natural airflow. Ideal placement includes bathrooms, powder rooms, bedrooms, entryways, offices, and smaller living spaces.

Avoid placing directly beside strong HVAC vents, open windows, direct sunlight, or excessive heat sources, as this can cause the fragrance oil to evaporate too quickly.

For larger rooms, we often recommend using more than one diffuser to create a more balanced fragrance experience throughout the space.
Why can't I smell my reed diffuser anymore?

This is surprisingly common. Over time, your nose naturally adapts to familiar scents, especially those continuously present in your environment. This is called olfactory fatigue.

Guests entering your space will often notice the fragrance more strongly than you do. Flipping the reeds can help refresh the scent if it begins to feel faint.
Is this phthalate free?

Yes. Our Reed Diffusers are made with clean, phthalate free fragrance oils.

Can the fragrance oil damage surfaces?

Yes. Reed Diffuser oil should be treated carefully, as it may damage or stain wood, leather, painted surfaces, plastics, stone, or delicate finishes if spilled.

Always place your diffuser on a stable surface away from edges and wipe spills immediately. We also recommend placing the diffuser on a tray or coaster for added protection.
Are the reeds reusable?

For best performance, we recommend replacing reeds when refilling or changing fragrances. Over time, reeds can become saturated or clogged, reducing fragrance diffusion.
Does this require heat or electricity?

No. Reed Diffusers fragrance your space naturally through passive evaporation and reed absorption. No flame, heat source, or electricity is needed.
Is this safe around pets or children?

We recommend keeping Reed Diffusers out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest the fragrance oil, and avoid direct contact with skin, eyes, furniture, or fabrics.
Can I layer this with candles or room spray?

Absolutely. Reed Diffusers are designed to create a subtle base layer of fragrance throughout the day, while candles and Room + Linen Sprays can be used to build additional warmth and scent intensity when desired.
